User Agreement for Fenzor

Welcome to Fenzor! This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of using our app. By downloading or using Fenzor, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fenzor, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. This agreement is between you and Fenzor Yoga Team 2024.

2. Use of the App

Fenzor is designed to help users track their yoga activities, create group yoga sessions, and manage yoga plans with calendar integration. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the app in any way that may:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law

Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality

Misuse the app to harass or harm other users

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Fenzor, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. In-App Purchases

Fenzor may offer in-app purchases. All payments and purchases made through the app are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information when making purchases.

All content, designs, features, and functionality in the Fenzor app are the intellectual property of Fenzor Yoga Team 2024 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
